Regular therapeutic massages consist of light -deep pressure. Elongated strokes are combined with stretching and relaxation techniques to enhance flexibility and circulation.

CBD Massage

CBD massage consist of medium - deep pressure. Massage can be a combination of trigger point, stretching and tapotement techniques. CBD Lotion contains 660 mg of CBD, menthol, arnica and lidocaine to help alleviate pain.

Prenatal Massage

A therapeutic massage to provide comfort and relief for a growing baby bump. Massage includes a special bolster system for the expecting mother, to ensure safety and comfort for her and baby.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage includes a full body treatment with heated basalt stones. The stones are an extension of the therapists hand, providing soothing heat and comfort for tense muscles.

Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrub treatment is great for exfoliation of the skin and lymphatic drainage. This treatment includes a full body scrub with organic sugar and hydrating coconut oil to nourish the skin.

Cold Stone Treatment

Specially cut marble are chilled to a comfortable temperature and placed around head, neck and shoulders. This treatment can be booked as a standalone appointment or added to any massage.(excludes hot stone)
